Carly Walker-Smith

Medical Practitioner

Dr Carly Walker-Smith works at the meeting point of medical psychiatry, nutrition and nature-centred healing, bringing together evidence-based science with ecological and somatic wisdom. Her practice supports women to restore balance through food, nervous system regulation and reconnection with the land, holding wellbeing as something relational, rhythmic and deeply embodied.

Dr Carly Walker-Smith is a UK-trained medical doctor/psychiatrist who has followed a path into holistic and nature-centred healing. After working within clinical psychiatry, she came to recognise that true wellbeing is not found in a single prescription but in the quiet, interconnected rhythms of body, mind, community, and the natural world. This understanding led her to expand her practice into nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and ecotherapy - approaches that honour the whole person and the innate intelligence of the body.

She now works at the meeting point of science and soul, helping individuals restore balance through food as medicine, nervous-system repair, somatic awareness, and reconnection with the land. Her work blends evidence-based medicine with ancient wisdom, weaving together gut health, stress physiology, sleep science, and mindful living to create personalised pathways back to vitality.

Grounded, warm, and deeply intuitive, she brings a gentle steadiness to her sessions and workshops. Her passion is helping women remember their strengths, empower them to re-ignite their own health and rediscover the healing power of nature woven through every aspect of wellbeing.
